We currently still have some Windows 7 machines working, so..........

Not sure whether all dependencies work properly on Windows 7 or not, need some time to investigate.

I'm afraid that I cannot check this. I cannot install any necessary tools on Windows 7 (in virtual machine) to start checking whether ULogViewer runs properly or not.
