These are the files used for the Card and navigation bar.
When clicking on the "Graphic Design" card,I would like the page to scroll to the navigation bar and open the Graphic Design Submenu
Also included are form files. The Shadcn UI form component makes it hard to use the form state or "onSuccess" https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/form#define-a-form
