We use an Excel spreadsheet to create metadata, then convert that spreadsheet via the "Spreadsheet to Preservica XML v2 (OPEX Compatible)" tool found here: https://pypreservica.pythonanywhere.com/. We use Qualified Dublin Core. This automatically adds the identifier into the XIP title field and leaves the identifier section under the XIP section blank. I then have to manually move the identifier and copy/paste the title and description to the XIP fields.
I would like to streamline this process by adding the necessary fields to the Excel spreadsheet. How do I do that? I've attached our spreadsheet template and would appreciate any suggestions you can provide.
