dracula package conflicts with racket

going 'raco pkg install dracula' produces the following error:

raco pkg install: packages conflict
  package: dracula
  package: racket
  file: drscheme/tool.rkt

Sorry about that, the package is not yet ready for prime time. Please use the Planet version of Dracula instead. I'll be updating to the package system around the time that Racket 6.0 is released.
