Error installing dracula under Racket 8.3 #6

Installed racket from package on Ubuntu or from DMG on MacOS Ubuntu: install with raco pkg install dracula Install completes with errors: https://gist.github.com/TinaMinoruWasRight/04781df9efa9cc09a47c8ed3ed5e28ee

Under MacOS, installed via the GUI DrRacket Package Manager Dracula does not appear under Other Languages

Update: Using the windows installers (which fail in that the result of 'installing' dracula via the GUI package manager is Dracula does not appear in the language menu; I can't be sure this is the same failure I saw when installing via the raco command line under Ubuntu) I can get a working dracula with 7.9 but not with any later version; so it would appear something broke in 8.0
