Adding a new sensor to CARLA module #1477

Hello! I am Computer and Telematics Engineering student at Aveiro University and i am using CARLA for my master's thesis. One of the objectives of my master's thesis is to replicate the setup of the ATLASCAR(seen below) using the CARLA simulator. atlascar_setup

My problem is that i have two LIDAR sensor models for the car model so i need to add a new sensor module to CARLA.

Can someone please explain to me how can i do this? I know it has something to do with the blueprints but how do you create these blueprints? And after they have been created how can i add them to the CARLA module?
