0.9.10Pre CarlaUE4.sh gives segmentation fault

• System: ubuntu 16.04
• Nvidia Card: RTX2080
• Nvdia Driver: 450.57 (cuda 11.0)
• Vulkan info: Manually installed 1.2.148.0; its bin and lib folders have been added to PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
• CARLA version: CARLA_0.9.10-Pre_Ubuntu16.tar.gz
• Reproduce command and result:

I guess it might be caused by my vulkan config... After a reboot both CARLA 0.9.9.4 and 0.9.10Pre run OK.

On my machine, after rebooting, ./CarlaUE4.sh -vulkan run OK but fan runs loudly.

Then I tried ./CarlaUE4.sh --opengl, it launch faster and fan run peacefully.

Then ./CarlaUE4.sh --vulkan can't run, give same output as I've pasted above. Wired. Even specifing -quality-level=Low not work.
