CarlaUE4-Win64-Shipping.exe is going to be Not responding every time after launching : roslaunch carla_ros_bridge carla_ros_bridge_with_example_ego_vehicle.launch host:=192.168.1.140 timeout:=60000 town:='Town03' spawn_point:=-25,-134,0.5,0,0,-90

We know there is a bug in town3 and we are currently working on it, for the next release it will be fixed.
