Actor not maintaining initial speed while simulation #1051

I have defined a free drive scenario in which actor should be following a speed and drive along a path. I have changed that speed to 0 and could still see the actor moving along.

Desktop:

OS:Windows 11
CARLA Version 0.9.15
Python version 3.7
Version 0.9.15
