Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Will you plan to support xosc version 1.3? ASAM OpenSCENARIO XML V1.3.0 Forexample "TrailerHitch" to be added to the VehicleCataloge.

are there any updates on this issue? Will support for xosc 1.3 be provided in the future?
