OpenScenario LaneOffsetAction support #603

I'm working on using OpenScenario on ScenarioRunner, and I'd like to try out the behaviour of a scenario including LaneOffsetAction, which is currently not supported on ScenarioRunner. Do you have plans to support LaneOffsetAction in the near future?

Hey @aqvia. We recently remade how the actors are controlled at ScenarioRunner, which is the first step to support, among others, LaneOffsetAction. However, I don't think we have an estimate on when are those gonna be ready
