CRT Screen Off Animation Buggy #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lock phone/Turn off screen
2. CRT screen off animation only shows maybe 2-3 out of 10 times typically.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should always be the CRT animation as far as I know.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM10 Nightly 9/18, on my HTC One XL

Happens to me as well but I think it happens even less often

CRT animation is jacked for now. Its on as a whole in the rom, but it will take 
kernel updates to get this 100% working.
