Landscape Lock Screen Misaligned #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Phone in car dock
2. Lock screen rotates
3. Lock screen misaligned

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lock screen "dot" half off screen instead of where it should be

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10/3 nightly (present in all versions so far)

Please provide any additional information below.

Everything works correctly. Cosmetic issue only

Hmm...that is interesting :). does this 'auto-fix' itself once its out of car 
mode?

Yes, it rotates back and is normal when you remove it from the dock. Everything 
works great, it is just what you can see in the screenshot. All functionality 
is fine.
