"Capture picture" from messaging app does not display picture preview properly in the confirm/recapture screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Messaging
2. Create a new text
3. Tap attachments (the paperclip)
4. Tap "Capture Picture"
5. Take a picture
6. The camera app changes to the confirm picture screen.  There are 3 options: 
cancel, accept picture, or retake picture, but the captured image does not 
appear.  On this screen, we continue to see a live view of the camera, rather 
than the previously captured image

If you accept the picture, the captured picture does appear in the message 
thread and will send properly.  It is only in the confirm/recapture screen that 
the captured image does not appear.
