App Security Settings Duplicated #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "System Settings/Lock Screen/Screen Security/"
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu.
3. "App Security", from "System Settings/Security/", is duplicated in this menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"App Security" settings should only be visible in "System Settings/Security/"
"App Security" is visible in both menus.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cm-10.0.0-evita

This would have to be an upstream thing. hopefully its fixed now.
