No roaming indicator set #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to another carrier manually
2. Ensure phone says: [Settings > About phone > Status] Roaming: Not roaming
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In roaming in status menu, 'R' above signal indicator

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cm-10-20121206-NIGHTLY-evita, modem firmware 0.20

If I remember correctly, GSM phones on CyanogenMod do not have a roaming 
indicator...and how GSM works in AOSP, it won't show roaming unless you are in 
another country.
