Cannot turn off NFC #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to settings - more - nfc
2. Try to turn off NFC - it becomes grayed out
3. Backing out and going back into more NFC still checked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NFC is supposed to turn off after trying to uncheck it. instead, it becomes 
grayed out and does not turn off

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
12/22 cm10 nightly

I only get this issue on the first boot. If I reboot I can turn it off without 
issue.

Can I get a logcat when this does happen? May lead me to what is causing this 
and if it is fixable.

works fine for me on a newer build after a clean install of cm10.1.
