Desktop Grid set to 6 rows & 5 columns breaks icon labels #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the desktop to six rows and five columns
2. Ensure that icon labels are sweet to be shown
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See that the selected setting works but icons note have no labels

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Milestone 10.1

It can't display the text labels when the icons are that small. This isn't 
fixable unfortunately.
