cannot change the usb connection mode #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to settings-storage-usb computer connection
2.select mtp (current selected mode mass storage)
3.go back to storage (back button)
4.enter usb computer connection again and mode will be automaticaly reverted to 
mass storage

Same happens if you select MTP and connect usb cable to computer, checkmark 
moves automatically to mass storage

nightly 10-20130127-NIGHTLY-evita

I get very slow speed in usb transfer to phone but fast from phone to computer 
in mass storage mode.  wanted to try MTP.

MTP is not enabled for this device, which is why its not working. we're 
considering a move to MTP, but its one or the other....not both. UMS (mass 
storage) allows users to play music in their vehicles via usb.
