HDR refocusing in between shots

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set camera to HDR mode
2.Tap shutter key
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The camera should take 3 photos using the same focal point only shifting the 
exposure 1-2 stops to produce an underexposed, normal and overexposed images to 
be merged into HDR. 

With the phone secured on a tripod, the behavior fluctuates. Sometimes it 
focuses for too long resulting in a ghosted image that gets merged. Sometimes 
it produces a sharp image but too often one of the images is distorted due to 
refocusing. It's a new feature and this is probably something to pass upstream 
but I thought I'd note it for others. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CM10.1 Nightly 20130219, 20121212 JB Gapps
