Screen Strobes when Locking or Unlocking #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Unlock phone from screen off.
2.Lock phone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Screen should appear without flashing.
Screen strobes until lock screen is removed or back light turns off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM10.1 Nightly 2/19/13

I fixed this issue by setting my lock-screen security to none.

That removes the lockscreen; so, that doesn't really fix the problem.

I've also begun having this issue. It appears to happen after the phone has 
been powered on for a few hours. At one point it was so bad that the lock 
screen would not not even appear, only my wallpaper. However, the lock screen 
functionality still worked, as I was able to drag the unlock icon.

Try on new build with 3.4 and make a new issue if this still occurs.
