Google Voice only plays though loudspeaker. #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install/open google voice
2.Begin playback of a message
3.Toggle the ear speaker/speakerphone button and it always plays through 
speakerphone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected output would be 
playing back through the selected speaker

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Voice .04.2.72 / CM 10.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Here is two more logcats.  I limited the scope one one to entries with "voice" 
in them.  The other is a full logcat from the start to exit of the Google Voice 
app.

This behavior is also seen if you have the Google Voice voicemails show in the 
call log for play back.

This is fixed as of M2 I believe. Working on 3/3/13
