This isn't a bug; it's just not a feature.

Oh, sorry. I didn't realize. It was a feature on the galaxy nexus with
cm10. That's why I asked. Any way to add it?

As far as I am concerned it was a feature in the CM roms for S4 HTC devices
until it was removed because they were "running into a bug", some time ago
I have read someone was fixing the frame sync on HDMI but I never saw any
updates regarding that

Oh, wasn't aware it was a feature at one time. Last I heard, it was on the
back burner in terms of Priority.

Well, I had no idea on any sort of status, bug, or feature request
previously. So, I guess this would be a feature request. Now that we have
kernel source, shouldn't this be easier?

We will attempt to revisit hdmi out. so this will stay as a valid bug. It was
disabled in kernel because it broke something else. We'll revert that and see
what breaks in the near future. This may take awhile.

This is being actively worked on for the 3.4 kernel. It may not make it by the
time we go to nightlies, but HDMI out and wireless display is definitely being
worked on.

I'm glad to hear that, I wasn't even aware wireless miracast was supported by
the 8960, is there anyone I can donate for the team? That's a very nice plus

Implemented as of nightly of 13072013, 1080p24fps with almost no transfer lag
at all, it's absolutely fantastic, as a suggestion I think the first gen of HTC
devices with Krait should output at 720p60fps as it's their native resolution
(Except for ville), the M7 being the only one that has a 1080p screen
