Double notifications

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.recieve a notification
2 . click on notification in status bar
3.get another notification for the same thing 2-20 min later 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I click on a notification either in my status bar or the app itself (which 
has been Facebook and snapchat so far) the notification goes away but then I 
get another notification sound anywhere from 2 to about 20 minutes later for 
the same exact thing I clicked on 20 minutes earlier. 

What version of the product are you using? On what 
operating system?
Milestone-CM10.1 2/24 nightly

I don't think it's the apps themselves because it only started happening when I 
updated to the 2/24 nightly and it's happening to a couple different apps

Hi, I got the same issue here, but got double notifications for download 
completed.
After I cleared the download complete notification, it happens again a few 
minutes later. (no problem for other notification such as facebook so far)
To stop such notification, I have to delete the downloaded file.
It happens since 10.0 nightly build.

Try on new build with 3.4 and make a new issue if this still occurs.
