MMS Not Working #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create MMS message [either multiple recipients or add a picture]
2. Hit Send
3. It gets stuck in sending mode and never gets sent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the message and/or picture to be sent.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cm-10.1-20130312-NIGHTLY-evita.zip 

Please provide any additional information below.
One other note, I can't receive MMS messages either.  This worked in the 
previous build.

This happened for me too. I was able to resolve the issue by switching the APN. 
By default it was using ATT (wap.cingular) when I switched it to ATT LTE (pta) 
it worked like a charm.
