Screen sometimes unresponsive when unlocking #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Happens randomly, can't reproduce with ease. But: Unlock screen
2. Try to touch screen (sometimes phone will do a short vibration)
3. Screen is unresponsive, have to turn screen off/on again to get it to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM10.1 HOXL

Please provide any additional information below.

This has been happening since CM10 was released for the HOX(L). Originally it 
would happen only once every couple of days, in latest nightly (3/12) it 
happens at least once every hour or two.

Try on new build with 3.4 and make a new issue if this still occurs.
