Only right headphone works for music #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in headphones
2. Play a song
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect sound to come out of both headphones, instead it only comes out of the 
right headphone.  This happens with audio out car speakers as well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest cm 10.1 with 3.4 kernel

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems to work ok for Apollo but with Play Music it was only coming out of the 
right channel. Setting LPA decode to false in the build prop will remedy this 
on a wired headset. Can't speak on BT...
