Certain Settings Revert To Default After Reboot #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Some of the settings affected:

Keyboard:
1. Apply 3rd party keyboard
2. Reboot
3. Keyboard is now stock

Themes:
1. Apply a cyanogenmod theme
2. Reboot
3. Theme is now stock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings to stick after reboot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2013-06-15 nightly

If either of them are paid applications, this is a known issue with Jellybean 
in general. If either of those were Free Apps from the play store, we have some 
issues.

Please respond back whether they were both paid apps, free apps, or one was 
paid and one was free.

Yes, they were both paid apps..

Looks like the work around for now is to backup the apps, uninstall, then 
manually reinstall the apk.
