Live wallpaper disabled upon reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "Galaxy Pack" (a third-party Live Wallpaper) as a Live Wallpaper
2. Reboot the handset
3. Observe the background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The background is the default JB background image instead of the Live Wallpaper.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

cm-10-20120819-UNOFFICIAL-evita

Although I don't have a repro, it seems to disable on occasion even without a 
reboot.

Unfortunately, same boat as Issue #23. Paid Live Wallpapers and keyboards are a 
few of the apps that have this problem. Will leave open until I post a link to 
the root problem in the OP.

Some paid apps loses settings/acconts due to this android jellybean problem: 
http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=34880 Solution is to backup 
with Titanium Backup and restore to internal memory, not to sd

This workaround worked for me (once I figured out that I needed to uninstall it 
before restoring it). I would like to note that I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 
tablet with CM10 installed on it and it doesn't have this problem with 
third-party apps (it may only have internal memory?).
