Phone fails to turn on #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restart/turn-off phone. 
2. Phone fails to boot. 
3. Connecting to windows shows device as "QHSUSB_DLOAD"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should turn on but does not. Leaving it on the charger for a while and then 
holding down power seems to work in getting it to start successfully. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Carbon JB v1.8 (4.2.2 - 3.4)

Please provide any additional information below.

I dont maintain Carbon. You'll need to ensure its developer has added this 
commit: 
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_kernel_htc_msm8960/commit/48261448832c3cc

And unfortunately, you're device is toast. You will have to JTAG (check out 
Zarboz on XDA) or replace your device/motherboard.
