Not able to access Lock Screen with sliders

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exchange email set with Security PIN required.
2. Lock after 30 mintues set.
3. Click power button before that time and screen sleeps and clicking power 
button again wakes up to home screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to take me to the sliding lock screen on clicking the power 
button. After I slide to unlock it should take me to home screen. If its past 
the time I've set to lock, then it should ask me for a PIN after I slide to 
unlock and not directly show number pad on the screen.
 Instead it directly takes me to home screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC ONE X(MSM8960, Evita). Latest CM10 Beta.

I think this will be an upstream issue (or not an issue at all). Remember, CM 
is still not feature complete :-).
