Not going into deep sleep.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download CPU spy 
2. Use phone normally 
3. Check CPU spy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The phone should be going into deep sleep a lot more than it is. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8/19. Flashing 21 soon

Looks to me like you were charging phone.  Phone won't go into deep sleep when 
plugged in......totally normal.
