as previously reported, when plugged in, LED goes from amber to green at 90%
battery.

If I unplug, LED goes off, and notification LED functions continue to not work,
But, if I leave it plugged in with green LED flashing, then notifications work
reliably by blinking green with amber (a nice function). As soon as
notifications are cleared, light goes green.
If unplugged, LED goes off and no notification LEDs.

I cycled this process 3 times and it's quite reliable.

In order to get notification LEDs to work perfectly, all I have to do is leave
it plugged in with at least 90% charge 24/7 = Excellent Work-Around! ;)
