Lockup when in manage app #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Going into manage apps 
2.Attempt to disable a system app like apollo or browser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?System temporarily locked 
up for about 15-20 seconds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?CM10

This happens to me too very often when I try to go to Manage apps and select an 
app from any of the lists available(Running, Downloaded or All Apps).
