All sound ranges, rings, media, notifications, in-call
all have been normalized.
highest in range does not overmodulate speaker
range is linear and all setting levels are useable 
all settings make with third party profile manager are honored, not modified, 
and stick as set by app.

For my phone this issue is Gone. :)
