Add the ability to act as real Dualshock 3 #2

Spoof USB\VID_054C&PID_0268

So that it can be recognized as a Dualshock 3 on other systems.

Spoofing the vendor and product ids does in fact allow the vita to be recognized as a DS3, but there's more work that needs to be done to make it actually compatible, and that seems to be the hard part.

I know Vivid but it doesn't let you use the touchpad for additional buttons or combos
