Adds in the get point info function requested by @carolynryan20
Where should the reviewer start?
Doesn't filter by building id in sql for now, so if that functionality ends up being required may need to rewrite queries or filter after getting all results- even if there are overlaps should be a small number, so filtering process would be easy.
