Note snap #163

There are some circumstances where the beat lines need to be snapped to note
positions, the opposite of grid snap (note to beatlines). For those rare
occasions where such a thing is necessary (ie. resyncing the entire tempo map
to the correct drum where all notes are correctly synced), having the ability
to easily click, drag and snap a beat line to a note would be convenient.

This could require a substantial amount of changes for a feature that wouldn't
be needed very often.

Thinking about it again, it may be as simple as adding logic in the grid snap
finding function that optionally will just give note positions as grid snap
intervals, although this would have to take the current track and difficulty
into account. It would also have to recreate the grid snap data as notes were
added/deleted.

I can't imagine this type of functionality would be used often, if ever. I
don't think it's worth the effort at this point.
