For example, if I set 200% speed playback, the lyrics are displayed out of sync 
pretty quickly.  The cues seem to be accurate.

I imagine this has something to do with issue 140, considering both are a side 
effect of incorrect tracking of the song position.

Even if I do something less than 100% speed (ie. 88%), the chart scrolls back 
incorrectly unless I disable the vsync delay.
