Paste and Old Paste are a bit screwy #220

I'm not sure when this happened (it works fine in 1.71), but when I old paste 
from the clipboard (for non vocal tracks), the pasted notes are placed starting 
multiple beats ahead of the current seek position.

I ran into problems with regular paste as well.  If the seek position was late 
enough into the chart, the paste would abort but leave the chart marked as 
modified.

r662 fixes this bug.
