Add support for 8 lane drums #243

This will probably not be something that gets worked on until at least after 
the 1.8 release.  It shouldn't be very difficult to implement the GUI and 
save/load logic, but this would probably be the point where we'd need to look 
into support for DTX Mania charts.  It might not be feasible to implement this 
in a Rock Band style MIDI, since it doesn't allow for 8 lane charts, but we'd 
want to ensure that Phase Shift supports these charts.

For the time being, it might be best to address this after pro keys and 
harmonies have been implemented.
