Play selected #269

It would be extremely helpful if one could play back only what is selected, and 
have said selection repeat over and over seamlessly.
And to test out the RB3 trainer sections.

Primary use, Rockband 3 Proguitar creator
EOF v1.8RC6 r1144
Win7 i7(2600k) 4.5GHz 16GBram

EOF currently allows you to play the currently selected notes by holding S 
while enabling playback.  What you requested was easy to add, so I've done so 
in r1151.
