Could you describe the frame unit of measurement the XML file is using, and
what best way to convert that into a standardized real time value like
milliseconds?

rayne, I set somehow BPM more than 11000 and EOF hang out, can you also add a
warning about BPM max value or resolve this issue somehow ? :)

Alright, I'll set a limit of 2000BPM which is still higher than needed, but
sometimes people still want to be able to do weird things.

Yeah, I figured it would be that one, I just wanted to make sure. I see that
the "tempo" and "beat" functions of that plugin give very different results for
a song I tried, and the results of the beat one seemed much better. Maybe it
just depends on the settings or the song?
