Adjust notes when reseting BPM (Enhancement). #284

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Beat in the menu -> Reset BPM
2. It doesn't adjust notes after using that function.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well i would like to see there an option (check-box or something) to adjust 
notes when reseting BPM.
Is it possible to add that function to the BPM reset?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.8RC9 r1312, WinXP.
