Double BPM for whole song & Paste options feature. #289

Double BPM:

I would like if Double BPM option would work not only until it finds BPM change
but also in some cases for entire song so I would not have to do that multiple
times whenever BPM changes. It would be nice if it would ask if I want to
double BPM for all beats.

Paste option:

Sometimes I'm fixing BPM in songs when its wrong and for that I'm creating new
chart but when I'm trying to paste the notes from the old chart it
automatically aligns it to the current BPM. So i would like to have another
option for pasting without alignment if thats possible.

I think thats it. Thank you for your work :)

Double BPM:
Is there a particular reason you're wanting to do this? I prefer to know how a
feature would be useful before I add it.

Paste option:
This is currently available as the "Edit>Old paste" function. The current
tempos are ignored and the pasted notes keep their original distance (in
milliseconds) from each other.

That double BPM option would be useful to edit ready charts where BPM is too
low and so i wouldn't have to do that on every beat one by one when they have
been already anchored.
And also I'm still making charts for FoFiX sometimes and since it doesn't
support HO/POs thats pretty much the only way to do that...

And if you would agree to do that it would be also nice if you would do the
same for the Halve BPM option, though I probably wouldn't use it that often
like Double BPM for all beats, but it would be nice to also have it when I
would actually need it...

This functionality was added in r1367. I'll post a hotfix in the near future,
make sure to keep an eye out for it if you visit the CustomsForge forum,
otherwise you'd be able to find it here:
