Update dependencies #67

I wanted to pull in some bug fixes in Nunjucks, but ended up updating all the dependencies to versions I believe to be compatible with Node 0.10.

Since your plugin still supports Node 0.10, it would be a good idea to add it to the test matrix in .travis.yml.
