Build fails on fresh SVN checkout #108

1. Grab a fresh copy of the project via SVN
2. Run go.bat

Build fails because of missing references.

You can open the solution and manually re-add the references and then run
the build without problems.

A similar problem, Issue 53, was reported and resolved but it looks like
the problem still exists.
