Add help texts #7

Add help view under start menu.
Add additional info when starting the game as well.

Added additional scene for help view under start menu and filled it with text. When starting the game, the user is displayed some informational text and after that is redirected to the game. After the user is redirected, the speech engine verifies that speech recognition is available in the current machine.
