The file config.summary after configuration will be saved in the archive

Convenient way to see with which options Qt was compiled

QtWebEngine is no more skipped for arm. Is this related?

No. This commit add config.summary output after configuration is done (before compile). And this help to understand whose options will compile

Configure line is changed according to the diff.
