Development unification pull request #6

This is a long term pull request for carddav2fb since the development has been stalled long time in the carlos22/carddav2fb repository. Continued development has been performed at jens-maus/carddav2fb with important bug fixes and feature enhancements.

This is the request to unify development again. That means it would be great if you could accept this pull request and merge these changes to the original carlos22/carddav2fb github repository. Afterwards it would be great if you could transfer your "carddav2fb" project to my user account "jens-maus" so that this will be the origin for further forks and continued work. However, if you would like to continue working on carddav2fb feel free to keep your repository but please grant write permissions to my user account so that I can directly commit changes to your github project. But I still think after accepting this pull request it would be best to transfer the whole project to my account.

Thanks for having merged this large pull request. Have you also thought about changing the ownership of the repository?

Yes. Had little time last days. We can transfer it to your account. But i think you need to remove the fork first?
